If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact the shop before you check out so options and estimated costs can be reviewed with you.?

You can call or email with your shipping address and what you’d like to order, and the shop will let you know if shipping to your location is feasible and what the approximate total would be. If both sides agree to the costs and any potential customs charges, a custom order or invoice can be arranged so you can complete your purchase

30-Day Easy Returns:

1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most new, unused, and unwashed items for a full refund or exchange.

2. To start a return, please contact us at returns@quiltobsession.com or call us at (608) 637-7002, and we’ll provide instructions.

Return Conditions:

1. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

2. Custom orders, personalized items, and sale/clearance merchandise are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items:

1. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for either a replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover return shipping.

Return Shipping:

1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

2. We recommend insured, trackable shipping methods for all returns.

Refunds:

1. After your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable except for returns due to our error.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at returns@quiltobsession.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. We’ll reply with instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it using your preferred carrier.
